Sitara Clean tailor your cleaning service to suit your specific needs. You set the priorities for your housekeeper. This is why we provide each of our customers with a customized estimate.

To request a free estimate, please call the office most conveniently located to you as listed on our contact page or use the form provided on our contact page. We will be happy to provide you with a prompt, customized estimate!

Sitara Clean has a 24 hour warranty from the completion of the cleaning project. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come out and re-clean the area in question, repair or replace the item at no additional charge.

Sitara Clean does not give monetary refunds, we would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and unfortunately cannot be covered. Sitara Clean will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.

By authorizing Sitara Clean to clean your home, you are agreeing in advance to our terms and conditions.

Sitara Clean services are provided on a one-time, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis. We offer a discount for customers who commit to a weekly service schedule. If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require notice at least one business day in advance. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re happy to help.
